Before I begin with my weekly Thankful Thursday I thought I'd give everyone a quick update since I have not written a blog in a couple of days. I just havent felt up to it really because I honestly dont have anything interesting to write about. Ive spent the last couple of days at home doing a whole lot of nothing because of the ice/snow that we have received in the past 2 days. It was nice staying at home but then when I think about the fact that I lost 2 days of work that really stinks. I expected that we would be out again today since all of the surrounding counties called school off last night but no...which proves that we should have been in school yesterday because nothing has changed at all! Both days they waited until the morning hours to call off school which has got to suck for people that have you find babysitters, etc. The weather man predicted the weather just right both days so they should have called off school the night before but oh well...I guess those guys enjoy getting out in the freezing cold so early in the morning to make the decision. I couldnt sleep at all last night because I kept wondering if we would have school. I bet I woke up once every hour. That stresses me out! After I got up at like 5 something and it still wasnt called off I knew Id be working today but I still didnt get very good sleep. It is nice to be out of the house today, I will have to admit. I just hope this day doesnt drag on forever. Im at the high school subbing for Mrs. Hooten the spanish teacher. I was looking over the rosters and go figure...I have one of Jon's cousins in class this afternoon which should be a thrill. I also have the girl that Corey dated after we broke up! LOL. How funny? Oh my, what a day?! Anyways, Im sad because all I brought for lunch today is chex mix. I wasnt in the mood for a cold sandwich or for the potatoe soup that I made yesterday for lunch. Ill probably be starving by 3:00! Well let me get on with Thankful Thursday...here are a few things I am thankful for this week!
1. A good report at the dr. on Monday for the girls 18 month check up. E weights in at 22 pounds 12 ouches and Z weighed in at 21 pounds 8 ounces. Z is also a 1/4 of an inch taller than E and their head circumference is exactly the same. The dr. gave me a questionaire to fill out on both of them that had something to do with Autism and thankfully they show no signs! She even suggested that I move them to toddler beds since they wont sleep in their cribs. I think Im going to buy a full size mattress so they can sleep together instead of wasting my time with the toddler beds because they are so use to being together.
2. The opportunity to work today after losing 2 work days this week already!
3. The job interview that I went to on Tuesday even though I havent heard anything back from it! Im keeping my fingers crossed though.
4. The fact that I had power during the ice storm and a very warm house to stay in!
5. My health.
Well thats all for now, Im sure I will blog again later since Im subbing...we all know how many blogs I tend to write when Im here at the high school, bored out of my mind.
Until next time...

Once again Thankful Thursday has rolled back around...my how the time flies these days! Here are a few things I am especially thankful for today.
1. My healthy, beautiful, and smart twin girls.
2. The opportunity to work today!
3. My grandma and my dad who babysit for me.
4. My health.
5. And last but not least, my family!
I will try to post a longer blog tonight if I have time but as most of us know, tonight is Ugly Betty, Grey's Anatomy, and Private Practice so I may be a little busy with all of my shows...not to mention the twins which will be running wild and needing bathes! If I dont post again I hope that everybody has a great Friday tomorrow! Im sure we are all excited about the weekend...even though I will be missing my baby girls the entire weekend. Until next time...

I Should Write a BOOK!
Since I had E and Z I have always felt like I could write a book about raising twins. Yes, I know, that sounds crazy but Im serious. I have learned so much since they were born and raising twins is not an easy task. They should seriously come with a manual when there are 2 of them! So I thought Id post a few important pieces of advice when it comes to raising twins...it may be helpful and it may not but oh well...Im bored here at work so Im going to post it whether you want it or not! LOL.
1. A regular routine/schedule is a MUST! You cant live without it so dont try!
2. Naps are completely necessary! You will not be able to make it if you dont put them down for at least one nap a day!
3. Dont buy two of every toy...teach them to share.
4. Good highchairs are another MUST! You will spend a significant amount of time using them and especially cleaning them.
5. Portable DVD players are fantastic especially if your twins (this also applies to those with just one child) do not like to spend a lot of time in the car.
Well those are just a few things that were on the top of my list but I have plenty more that I could write about. I know that Ivana will definitely read my blog, so if you have any twin advice please post or comment because it is greatly appreciated.

Another Day, Another $
Today I am subbing at ACPC. I was not originally scheduled to sub so when I woke up at almost 8 o'clock this morning I figured I had the day off. Well low and behold my house phone starts ringing at 8 this morning and it was Brenda from the primary center. So I told her Id be there in about 45 minutes. I hopped in the shower real quick and got ready...threw some boots on the girls along with their coats and hats and we were out the door. Gosh there is nothing more that I hate than being called in to sub in the mornings. I hate not knowing if I have to work. Luckily I am scheduled tomorrow and Friday and then next week I am scheduled Tuesday-Friday. I was asked to sub Monday but I cant because it is time for the girls 18 month check up. At least I wont have to worry about getting called in for a week or so. Mrs. Bush had originally told me that I was going to sub for Ms. Kolzow tomorrow but unfortunately she made a mistake but she said I could come on in anyways which is great because I definitely need the money. What I would do for a full-time job...ugh. It would be so nice to have benefits and a paycheck during the summer!! Oh well, I guess Ill just have to get over it. Maybe Ill get called for an interview in Barren County before school gets out since they are the only place that has actually posted any jobs that I can apply for. I am still keeping my fingers crossed that a job becomes available in Allen County...a girl can wish cant she?? I am so ready to get home to my girls. This weekend they will be with Jon...or with his mother I guess I should say. I will miss them so much. I always dread those weekends. At least I dont have to take the Praxis this weekend so I have nothing to stress over. I need to go to church this weekend since I didnt this past weekend. Hopefully it will start to warm up a little. Im hoping Lana starts taking the girls to church on the weekends they are with them so that they can go to church every weekend. I want them to grow up going to church because I never went to church on a regular basis, just every now and then. Well, its almost time for recess which I am guessing is going to be inside. I wish it was outside because Im sure that would wear the kids out so that they would be a little calmer this afternoon. Well until next time...LIVE, LAUGH, LOVE!
Wishful Wednesday
Here are just a few things I'd like to wish for on this wonderful Wishful Wednesday...
1. a full-time job ASAP
2. an end to Emma and Zoie's colds
3. warmer weather
4. to stay busy subbing every week if I cant get that full-time job I wished for soon!
5. happiness for my family

Tuesday Talks: Snow Day
While I was snoozing away this morning I heard my phone vibrating because of a text message...well actually 2 new text messages. I was rather surprised since it was so early and to my surprise it was Sam and my sister messaging me to let me know that school was called off for the day! I was extremely surprised considering when I had gotten up around 3 to get a sippy cup it was not snowing or anything at all. It was nice to sleep in today but I lost a whole day of work which really stinks...and I know there will be school tomorrow when nothing has changed at all. It hasnt snowed since Monday morning and they called school off on Tuesday for what seemed to be no reason at all. I heard some of the back roads were still slick but are they magically going to be better by tomorrow considering that the temperature has not been over 30 in days? Of course not but they will have school and they should have had school today. I called Mrs. Bush to see if she needed me tomorrow and she said no. So as of right now I am not scheduled tomorrow. I got everything ready tonight incase they do call me so I guess Ill just play the waiting game in the morning. Im not getting up and getting ready thats for sure, they will just have to wait for me to get there if they call late. So, all day I was pretty lazy. I didnt leave the house until E and Z went to Jon's for their routine visit on Tuesday. I ran up town to get gas then I made a quick dash through the grocery store to pick up some juice, bananas, and cokes of course! It was the fastest trip I have ever made through the grocery store in my life I do believe. I hate grocery shopping in the winter! The loading and unloading the groceries is the worse part...it wouldnt be nearly as bad if I had a garage which I want soooooo BAD! Well I dont really have much else to say about my Tuesday. Until next time...

Monday Madness: MY EX
Ugh. Well today was actually a good day minus one or two phone calls and some obnoxious text messages! First off today is Martin Luther King Day and as weird as it sounds...it is one of the holidays divided up on the custody order for E and Z. So today was Jon's holiday to get the girls from 3:30-7:30. Well when his mother brought the girls home last Thursday she didnt mention it so I figured she would call me today around lunch to ask where she needed to pick them up but she never called. I wasnt about to call them because its not my responsibility to keep up with the days that he is suppose to pick them up...he is a big boy supposedly. So I waited and waited...and never got a call and no one ever showed to pick them up. I gave Jon a call around 4:10 and surprise! He didnt know that he was suppose to have them today! Well I had done waited 40 minutes past the time he was suppose to pick them up so I wasnt going to let him come get them because according to our court order after 30 minutes he forfeits his visitation. Plus I was trying to get them to take a nap which was not successful! We end up getting into an argument and he ends up cussing me out like a dog! I was so mad! So I hang up on him and call his mother at work and let her know that he has cussed me like a dog and that if he does it again I will go back to the police or yet ANOTHER EPO because he sounded completely psycho on the phone! Then I hung up on her because I was so mad! I dont really know what the point in calling her was, but I felt like she needed to know considering he cant do anything without her anyways. A few minutes later I notice like 3 text messages on my phone from him...I didnt even know the guy had texting. Well, he apologized and said a bunch of meaningless bull crap...only because it came from him because of course nothing that he says is ever true. His mom ends up calling me after work to see if she can get the girls for an hour to visit her mother but I had just set them down to dinner so I told her she could come out to my house and visit with them so she did for about an hour. I wasnt surprised that she never said anything about her loser son because she never does. She just continues to take his side in everything even when she knows he is wrong. Oh well, I guess some things never change. Anyways, that really made me mad especially some of the things he said on the phone which I wont get into. There was one thing that he did say that really got under my skin and that was that an employee of the board of education here in Scottsville (I wont mention any names), approached him and said she was sorry about what he was going through and that he was doing a great job with the girls! Ugh, that makes me sick. How can someone feel sorry for a guy that cheats on his fiance of almost 2 years with a married woman who is almost as old as his mother when he has twin babies at home? If you knew who the woman was you wouldnt think her opinion should matter either...she's got her own problems to worry with but I guess if she condons what her own kid has done then I guess what my ex did she would condon also. And by the way, you are not a good parent if you cant keep your kids without the assist of your mother for 4 measly hours and if you cant take 10 minutes out of your day to pick up your kids and take them back home after scheduled visitation! I wish people would stop trying to make themselves out to be something that they are not! When your a loser, your a loser, plain and simple. Deal with it! Ugh. I cant take it. I take good cares of my kids...the best. I do it alone! Yes my mother may come out and visit but 95% of the time its just me and them and that is fine because I can handle it. I know that they are my responsibility and I would not trade them for anything! GROW UP! Anyways...haha...I guess that is enough of my madness for one Monday. I will try to post again tomorrow. I think I need to go watch a little tv and relax before bed! Until next time...

Sunday Update
Surprisingly I have not written a blog in a couple of days. When I sub at ACPC I dont get as much time to get on the computer as I do when Im at other schools. Friday I was the ABC room teacher so I didnt even have access to a computer. I did however read a whole book that I would suggest to anyone especially those of you from Scottsville. It is called A True Story of Murder in Kentucky. It is about the murder of Katie Autry at WKU and includes several different people from Allen County. It is very interesting because it is so close to so many people from this area. You should definitely read it. I loaned it to Sam and she read it in just one night! You cant put it down...it will definitely make you think twice about the whole crime. So Friday I did nothing out of the ordinary. I worked at ACPC then came home. My mom and step dad came out with pizza and pasta from Pizza Hut. Saturday I stayed at home with the girls until about 5ish. Then Jessica and I took them out to my moms so we could go out to eat for her birthday, which was great. We went to Outback and then we went to see the Unborn...which was really good but not nearly as scary as I had imagined. We made a quick stop by Kroger to get some juice and milk for the girls...they drink it like its going out of style these days! They are definitely not drinking as much milk which I guess is normal the older that they get. Today I have been lazy. I didnt go to church this morning unfortunately. I will have to get back into the routine next weekend. I have officially cut off all connection with Corey. He really made me mad so I am done talking to him. I cant keep doing that to myself. I deleted him and all of his friends from my facebook and myspace accounts and am officially done. I am not playing his games...I dont have the patience nor the time to mess with his immature butt. Well I would write more but I need to hop in the shower. I hope everyone has had a great weekend! I am so glad its a 3 day weekend! Yah! Until next time...

Wishful Wednesday
Here are a few things that I would like to wish for on this Wishful Wednesday:
1. Warmth...it is so cold in this preschool classroom! My hands and feet are numb.
2. A scheduled sub day tomorrow...but it doesnt look like that is going to happen!
3. For E & Z's runny noses to not turn into anything more than a runny nose...I dont want any sickness with them.
4. SNOW!
5. And last but not least...a good nights sleep tonight!

Tuesday: WHAT A DAY SO FAR!?
Well, what a day this has been thus far!?! I got to ACPC to sub today and I am now in a preschool classroom. Well anyone who knows me, knows that me in a pre-k class is probably not the best idea. Before Emma and Zoie were born I was not a kid person at all! Emma and Zoie, on the other hand, are way different than a class of 18 3 and 4 year olds. Boy, have I had my hands full today! I am exhausted. This is really the first break I have had all day long. We have to go to specials with them and set with them while they eat...I had to wait for lunch when they took a nap! This is crazy. Pre-k teachers should definitely get paid way more than they do. This particular class is a free-preschool classroom and it breaks my heart to see a few of these kids who are so far behind on their development. I am so thankful for my girls and I am so glad that they are up to par with their development thus far in their life. They are really smart actually. They can put puzzle pieces in a puzzle book that they have and they can also identify many things in another book that is titled 100 First Words. My mom swears that they are developing pre-reading skills already because they can tell when a book is upside down and they turn the pages and act like they are actually reading the book. Anyways, Im ready to get out of here for the day. I have definitely earned my pay today and yesterday here at ACPC. I am scheduled here again tomorrow and Im sure its in a pre-school class because the instructional aides are going to be out tomorrow and they need subs also. I cant imagine having to teach a pre-school class all alone! That would be total chaos. Well, Ive got an appointment afterschool then Im home to relax for the rest of the day! Until next time...

My Weekend
Well, my weekend was rather boring. Friday night Jessica came out to hang out for a little while. Corey and Cameron also showed up, surprisingly. They showed up about 5:30, right before the girls left. I wonder if Lana knew who Corey was and if she told Jon he was at the house...interesting...but Im sure Ill never know. Corey came in his new truck which is really nice. Of course, he had to show it off to me and Jessica. Corey and Cam didnt stay too long, so when they left Jessica and I went to Subway to eat supper then we came back to the house and hung out till around 10 or so.
Saturday morning I got up early and met Amber at the bank. We rode together to take the Praxis which was horrible as usual. I have no idea how I think I did on it. Those tests are just so unpredictable...you just have no idea what to expect. I got done with like 40 minutes to go which really worries me. Normally I work right up until the minute they call time so that makes me extremely nervous. I completed all of the constructed responses and finished up the multiple choice questions. I even went back and checked over my answers...changing a few of the multiple choice answers. Im just glad its over and I hope that I dont have to take it again! Pray for me!
After we took the test we ate at O'Charleys which was great! Yum...I love the new pretzel crunch chicken. Then we ran by the mall and to Barnes and Noble...and news flash...do not buy books at Barnes and Noble. You can order them on the website and they are cheaper. I guess because they dont have to pay for them to be shelved in the store. I was buying a book that was $24 in the store and online it was only $19...THAT IS A BIG SAVINGS! I also typed in Barnes and Noble coupon on google and pulled up a coupon code to use online so I got 10% one item which was great. So if your looking for a book be sure an order online. If you spend $25 or more online you get free expedited shipping which is another plus. I hope they get here soon. Im very excited about the books I ordered. One of them is Murder in Kentucky and it is about the WKU murder by the infamous Stephen Soules and Luke Goodrum. The excerpt which I read online was very good so Im excited about reading the book.
After I got back to town I went by the grocery store and picked up a few items. Then I went home and did a little cleaning. Jessica came out again and we just set around and talked. Chad ended up coming by...I guess he was bored. They left around 1:00 am and I went to bed. Sunday I got up at 8 and got ready and went to church! Once again I am very proud of myself for going. Im 2 for 2 so far into the new year! I will be sure and take the girls this coming Sunday of course if everyone is feeling good. After church, however, I did take a 3 hour nap! LOL. I was so sleepy. Sunday I did absolutely nothing, just watched a little tv and then my mom and I cooked some supper and the girls came home! We played, took bathes, then watched a little tv before bed. It was a good but very uneventful weekend! Until next time...

Monday Madness: Workin' in the wrong place!
Now, dont get me wrong because I am very thankful for the opportunity to work today but I am so mad because I am subbing at ACPC. It's not just that Im subbing here, but it is the fact that both JEBMS AND ACIC called me this morning! Why cant they ever schedule me instead of just calling me in the mornings? Ugh, it makes me so mad! I need to be subbing at those schools since they are the schools that I can work at but no...Im at the ACPC which does me no good and gives me no experience working with the middle grades students. It is very aggravating. I want to sub at those schools so bad but I hardly ever get too. At this point though, I just need to work so I will take what I can get, even if it is here at ACPC. I am glad though that Im working 4 days this week. Im sure I will get to work Thursday also which will put me at 8 days on my next check which would be absolutely fabulous! I need to make all the money I can before summer just incase I dont find a part time job! Hopefully Ill get interviewed somewhere for a full time job and Ill get hired so I dont have to stress all summer, how great would that be? I guess every teacher that just graduated and will be graduating in May will be thinking the same thing! Oh well, maybe Ill get lucky. Well Ive got to get started with supplemental time. Fun Fun! Until next time...

5 Ways in 5 Years
So I was reading Ivana's blog and I got the idea for this particular daily blog from her of course because she always has the best ideas for blogging. I am going to write about 5 ways that I have changed in the past 5 years. Here goes!
1. I hate to sound like a copy-cat but this is the truth...I am now a mom...and not just a mom to one but a mom to TWINS! WOW. I would have never imagined that I would have twins but here I am, the mother of twin girls who are almost 18 months old at the end of this month. They are definitely a handful but they are the most precious little people in my world and I wouldnt trade them for anything!
2. As bad as I hate to remember this time in my life...I have been married and divorced...another thing that I would have never thought I would do. I am sooo glad that the guy I was married to is not from here so that I can almost erase that part of my history all together! HAHA. Oh well, you live and you learn!
3. I graduated from college! Besides from Emma and Zoie being the most important thing in my life, this definitely ranks as number 2 on my great list of accomplishments. Even though it took me 5.5 long years, I finally did it! I now have my bachelors degree and I am ready to get a big-girl job!
4. In the past five years I have definitely became a stronger person all around. I have completed college while raising my twin girls all alone...I know...Jon and I were together until they were about 10 months old but I still considering the time that I was with him as alone time because he was not there to help me with the twins at all. If it wasnt for my family I would have never made it. Not only have I raised my girls as a single mom but I have also had my heart broken and when I say that I mean that it was broken to a point where I thought it would never repair which I am still working on at this moment in my life. I went from just worrying about going to college to working my butt off all summer just to make enough money to get through my last semester of college. I have been through alot in the past five years and it has made me such a stronger person.
5. And lastly, I am now a homeowner! I can now stand on my own two feet which I am so greatful for! It is so great to be able to provide such a nice home for myself and for my girls. I dont mean to sound so conceeded but I am very proud of myself!
Well I guess those are 5 of the many ways that I have changed in the last 5 years. It is crazy to look over that list and think about all the other things that I could have written about...it just goes to show that life is very unpredictable but everything always works out for the best. Until next time...

Until next time...
TGIF!
Well Friday is finally here! I am glad it is Friday but then again I am extremely sad! I am happy because the work week is over but I am sad because the girls go to Jon's this weekend...well I guess I should say they go to Lana's but thats another blog in itself. I also have to take the social studies Praxis tomorrow morning at 10:45. Ugh. I dread it. I especially dread the essay part of it because by the time I am done I feel like my hand may actually fall off from all the writing that I have to do. Amber is going to ride with me so at least I dont have to ride over there alone. I am going to meet her up at the bank in the morning then we are heading out rather early just incase we have a problem with parking like we did last time! Other than the Praxis I have nothing to do all weekend! I was going to go eat at O'Charleys with Kirby but then she texted me and said that Vicki couldnt watch Brooklyn so she would have to go with us so I just told her we would go next weekend or something. I mean, I love Brooklyn to death, but I was really looking forward to just a girls night out...plus I have to get up and drive to BG on Saturday morning so driving there 2 days in a row would suck. I really need to get to bed early tonight since I have to get up at 8ish in the morning. I thought there was a bball game tonight so Gina and I were going to go but of course there isnt! My mom had said there was but then she found out there isnt a game so that blows. I have no idea what Ill do now! Probably nothing since I need to get some sleep for my test tomorrow. I really wish the girls werent going to Jon's this weekend. They have been doing so good about going to bed when I lay down with them around 9 and I know as soon as they go over there I will have to start all over again with the bedtime routine as usual. I just hate that they have to go over there! I think Im just going to chill at home when I get back from the test. I think Amber and I will probably go eat afterwards then head back to Scottsville. If my mom goes to church Sunday morning I think I will join her. I am so proud of myself for getting up and going last Sunday so I definitely need to keep that up. I just wish it didnt start so early...9 am is pretty early for church service these days...most dont start till 10 or 11. So, other than the praxis and church I really have nothing to do this weekend. I need to run by the store and get a few small things, like bread, juice, and milk of course which Ill probably do tomorrow or Sunday after church.
So yesterday I worked up at the housing authority helping them finish up a grant for the library then I pretty much just kept an eye on the office for the afternoon after they all left to go to a meeting. I spent a little time talking to Tammy who works up there and she almost made me cry. She was talking about her new man and about how she has never really loved anybody until she met him even though she was married to the father of her children for nearly 16 years. She talked about how she would always have the anger towards her ex but how none of that matters anymore now that she has met someone. It was so sweet. She said the same thing would happen for me and that I would probably meet that someone when I was least expecting it. I hope that does happen but Im in no hurry for it. I am happy being single. I mean, I did like having a boyfriend but my life is so less stressful when Im single! Well I think I have definitely written enough for now. Ill probably post a couple of blogs today, considering its only 8 in the morning and I am already bored out of my mind! Until next time...

Bored!
Today I am working at the high school, subbing for Coach Miller in health and PE. I got here and had planning first period so I was stuck in the library doing nothing. I did, however, look over my Praxis study guide since my praxis is Saturday! I hope I pass it because it is the last one that I have to take thank goodness. I need to call my friend Amber and make sure she is still riding with me Saturday. She started student teaching this week so Im sure she is busy knowing her because she is such a worry wart. Yesterday I got a text from Jay and got to go work up at the housing authority for about 3.5 hours. I am going to work up there all day tomorrow which I am excited about. Id rather work up there for $7 an hour then wait for a call to sub which may never come! No one called me this morning but luckily I was already scheduled to be here at the high school. I guess a lot of teachers arent taking any days off this first week back to school since Christmas break. I am subbing at JEBMS on Friday so Ive had a pretty busy week...only a half a day off on Tuesday so that's pretty good. Next week Im scheduled 3 days already. Hopefully I can get scheduled the other two or at least get called in, hopefully at the middle school. I turned in my application up at the housing authority. Im hoping I can get on part time so that I will have a job lined up for the summer when school gets out. That would be absolutely wonderful. I also got scheduled for the 9 days of testing at the middle school. Thats really nice considering that will be 9 days on my last check...not to mention the other days that Im sure I will get to work because so many teachers take off at the end of the school year. I just hope something opens up at the middle school for next year. Id love to work there! Tonight Louella and her kids are coming over, maybe even Jody. I am going to cook some spagetti, using Rotini noodles instead and some of that Tony's garlic bread which is soooo good. Im excited about the dinner. Spagetti is an easy fix plus Ill have them there to entertain the girls. It should be fun. Im ready for lunch already! Im starving, guess I should have brought some breakfast! Ill have to remember that next time! Well until next time...
Wishful Wednesday: Patience
Since today is wishful Wednesday there is one thing in particular that I would like to wish for and that is PATIENCE. I know that it is only 7:42 in the morning but I feel like my patience is already thin. The girls were rather fussy this morning...whining over things like not being able to climb up in my computer chair and just whining to be whining I think. I want to also work on their patience also. You would think with there being two that they would kind of develop a little patience considering they have to wait for me to get the other one dressed, etc. but NO WAY! haha. Im hoping when they get older that they do gain more patience with me as I deal with them as best I can when it comes to getting them loaded into the car, etc. They are extremely impatient when Im doing that...its like they think Im going to just take one of them! So anyways, I wish for more patience on this wonderful, yet cloudy wishful Wednesday!

Suggestion...
I forgot to mention that I want to recommend the Twilight series of books to anyone who has a passion for reading. I just finished the last book of the series, Breaking Dawn, on Saturday night and quite frankly I am sad! The books were sooo good that I am sad that I dont have anymore to read. It is a vampire romance...or at least that is how I describe it, and yes I know that may sound a little weird but they are awesome! I would suggest that you read them if you have any interest in reading at all. The books are rather lengthy...I think Breaking Dawn was over 740 pages. I started reading them on December 15th or so and I have read all four books now so that has got to prove to you that they are really good. I even bought the books because they are so good. I thought that maybe one day my girls would want to read a good book when they are older. I even saw the movie Twilight on December 28th and it was awesome. I dont think it would have been nearly as good if I had not read the book first though. Im planning on buying it when it comes out on DVD also. Im hoping that the next movie will be out soon! Anyways, just a small suggestion for those of you who like to read. Ive already got Sam and my mom hooked. Well until time...
Things To Get Accomplished Today!
Just a quick note for myself...somethings that I need to get accomplished today. Typing them out seems to make me remember them a little better.
1. Turn in application after school.
2. Do a load or two of laundry.
3. Cook and clean house.
4. Lay out stuff for a work day tomorrow??

Resolutions!!!
I made a couple of New Years Resolutions this year so that I would hopefully at least follow one of them.
My first resolution is to drink 8 glasses of water a day, which I have already broken. I have been drinking some water each day but not 8 glasses. However, I do plan on working on this, maybe drinking a couple and building my way up to 8 glasses of water a day. I mean, that may not sound like a lot but to someone who never drinks water and is totally addicted to cokes...its a hard task!
My next resolution is to go to church on the Sundays that I have the girls. Well, forunately I have kept this resolution so far! I know there has only been one Sunday this year but I went to church! I am so proud of myself. I decided to make the resolution for the Sundays when I have the girls because I felt like that is one I may actually be able to keep. I may go to church when I dont have the girls but I really want them to grow up going to church.
I think those are the only two resolutions I made but I may add a few more as the year progresses...I see nothing wrong with that. Anything to make me a better person all around is great I think! Lets just hope I can get on track with my first resolution and that my second one continues to go well. Until next time...

Monday Madness: My Break is HISTORY!
My break from working is officially OVER! I had really anticipated on having the day off again since its the first day back from Christmas break...I didnt expect many teachers to call out after a 2 week break but apparently I was wrong. As I lay in bed this morning my phone rings at approximately 6:45 am. It was Mr. Pardue from the middle school so here I am, at work on this lovely Monday morning. The reason I posted this on Monday Madness is because I hate when I get called in so late in the morning. Why cant teachers call out earlier? I mean, I hate rushing, luckily last night I had prepared for this so I had my clothes laid out and my coffee ready to go but still...I will definitely be sure and lay out my stuff each night just incase because it really helps. Thank goodness for my grandparents because they came over to get the girls this morning for me. They do that when I get called so late. Without them I dont know what I would do! I would probably be late a lot lol. So, anyways. I am glad I got called in though. That means Ill have at least 6 days so far on my next check, hopefully I can get one or two more days before the 20th so I will have a really good check. Its nice to get a paycheck...I almost forgot what that feels like. Well enough of work talk. Ill write another blog later about whats been going on with me since the last time I posted. Until next time...
